    SEP Memberships


    Science and Engineering Publishing Company (SEP) is a leading Open Access publisher with about 100 peer-reviewed journals covering a wide range of academic disciplines. Copyright for articles published in any SEP journal is retained by the authors, which is released under the 'Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDeriv 2.5 License’, with first publication rights granted to SEP. To help defray the cost of publication, SEP requires basic article processing charge for accepted manuscripts.

    Institutional Memberships

    SEP offers Open Access Institutional Memberships to organizations that would like to enable their authors to publish their research in an Open Access journal without having to directly incur any Article Processing Charges. This membership program is based on a prepayment from the institution that will be used to cover the Article Processing Charges of their researchers, which will be reduced by 15% when paid via the institutional membership.
    Institutions that are interested in becoming members should contact SEP at service@seipub.org for the following information. Member institutes should deposit an initial amount of at least $10,000 in order to begin their membership, and they will have access to live reports showing the remaining credit within their account along with detailed information about each article that has been paid via their membership.

    Individual Memberships

    SEP also offers Open Access Individual Memberships to the individual authors that would like to publish research papers in any SEP journals. This membership program is based on a prepayment of membership fee, $50 per year. The article processing charge will be reduced by 10% when it’s paid via the individual membership.
