This paper targets for industrial non-standard parts of intelligent recognition and accurate positioning, putting forward a new typical method of three dimensional positioning about integrated monocular vision and laser sensor fusion technology. Using monocular vision technology to identify the plane location of target parts t and plane rotation Angle, and taking advantage of the improved generalized hough transform algorithm with Connected area screen replace Canny edge detection algorithm, target area of parts and the connected area, perimeter, minimum spare parts such as convex hull area, minimum circumscribed circle area important parameters can be quickly acquired. Using laser sensor technology to measure the depth of the components and parts information of 3 d pose, finally, the platform on the 6-DOF robotic arm is set up to have verified experiment.
